As an organiser using the Roster Athletics Competition Management platform, you can have one or more of the following roles described below. These roles differ from permissions (see the Permission to edit a competition user guide for more details).

The following roles are available. Contact Roster support to assign them to your users.

CreatorCan create and edit competitions, athletes, relay teams, clubs and teams.
RegistratorCan enable registration for a competition.
AccountantCan view and download payment transaction details (from registration).
AdministratorCan view and download payment transaction details (from registration).
Can onboard a Stripe account (financial details used for the registration platform).
Can enable the emailing feature for the organisation.
Can download the list of registrants who actively opted in to receive marketing communications from the organiser.
Club ManagerCan verify club members and make group payments.
Licence ManagerCan view the list of athletes with licences, issue refunds, and deactivate licences.
Statistics ApproverCan approve statistics for a governing body (e.g., a federation).
Country Athlete EditorCan edit athlete profiles from the organisation's country.
Child Competition Viewer

Can view competitions from child organisations.


Users can have multiple roles simultaneously. One organisation can also have multiple users with the Administrator role.
